Privacy policy – your personal information
This privacy policy explains how the National Solidarity Fund uses information about you, in order to process your responce regarding the impairment details results confirmed by the Fund.
Types of information we collect and use

- the degree of your satisfaction while using the service
- your opinion and suggestions on how we could improve the service.
Α. For physical persons with an authenticated Cy Login account
We collect the following information from you directly:
- in case an impairment has been confirmed, your bank details and a relevant certificate
- in case of disagreement, explanation and relevant document
- in case of a settlement, explanation and relevant document
- in case of a representative, a document to prove that you have a right to act of the beneficiary’s behalf.
We collect the following information about you from Cy Login:
- Cy Login user name
- email address
- ID or ARC number
We use the following information about you from our own records:
- full name
- date of birth
- date of death (if it applies)
- citizenship
B. For physical persons with a non-authenticated Cy Login account
We collect the following information from you through this website:
- in case an impairment has been confirmed, your bank details and a relevant certificate
- in case of disagreement, explanation and relevant document
- in case of a settlement, explanation and relevant document
- in case of a representative, a document to prove that you have a right to act of the beneficiary’s behalf.
We collect the following information about you from Cy Login:
- Cy Login user name
- email address
- unique Cy Login user number
Why we use your information
We collect and use this information to examine your application to participate in the Scheme.
Without access to this information, we cannot examine your application.
If you leave feedback in Help us improve this service, we will use it to evaluate how users feel about their experience using the service. This is so that we can identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and get ideas for new developments.
How your personal information is stored
Your information is stored securely on servers based in Cyprus.
